Guide strands for CRISPR will be part of a future release
In the context of RNAi, guide strand may refer to the antisense strand that is loaded into and targets RISC to the mRNA. When available from vendors and in publications, our AI extracts and displays the sequence (read more about the sequences beta feature). Searching by RNAi sequence is not yet possible on BenchSci, but we believe searching using the name of your target is a sound strategy for comprehensive results.
On BenchSci, the term Guide Strands generally applies to CRISPR, a reagent still under development for future release to the reagent platform.
