Guide strands for CRISPR will be part of a future release
In the context of RNAi, guide strand may refer to the antisense strand that is loaded into and targets RISC to the mRNA. When available from vendors and in publications, our AI extracts and displays the sequence (read more about the RNAi sequences). Searching by RNAi sequence is not yet possible on BenchSci, but we believe searching using the name of your target or gene is a sound strategy to return comprehensive results.
On BenchSci, the term Guide Strand/RNA generally applies to CRISPR, another product type on the reagent platform.
