Searching across multiple reagent types

Boolean operators between product types: AND on the figures page, OR on the products page

Our search algorithm follows some unique rules when searching across reagent types (e.g. antibody + RNAi). Whether BenchSci applies AND vs OR between reagents is context dependent. With multiple reagent types selected on the product results tab, antibody OR RNAi products that match the rest of the search criteria are shown. On the figures results tab, if antibody and RNAi are selected, the results must contain antibody AND RNAi reagents that match the rest of the search terms.

The logic between subtypes, even when included in a cross-reagent search, still uses the OR operator as discussed here.
