Sorting RNAi info by accession ID

You can find RefSeq accession IDs on RNAi product pages, but start your search with a target gene/protein

Although we capture accession IDs (RefSeq) of RNAi targets/genes in our database, they are not searchable parameters at this time. Generally, our search strategy is to select a product type, name your target gene or protein and further refine using our filters from there.

Homing in on splice variants and specific isoforms, however, is a feature we are still developing. Though, you can try searching for the variant directly in the search bar. Let us know if the variant you are searching for is missing!

If searching by accession ID is something that would be valuable to your workflow, we would love to talk to you to learn more about it.
