Search by target/protein rather than by a specific sequence
It is not possible to search our database by mRNA sequence at this time. Although our technology extracts RNAi sequences from the literature (read more about it here), developing systems that understand the variability in how you can type sequences (e.g. syntax, length, directionality, etc.) is a challenge we are working on so that we are sure we deliver consistent and predictable search results. Our recommendation is to keep your queries target-oriented: begin your search with your target/protein you would like to knockout/knockdown.
If the ability to search using a sequence is important to your workflow, we’d love the chance to talk to you about it.
